Toby is another dog who's been in our shelter several times. Owners didn't vaccinate or neuter him, They surrendered him as they didn't want to pay to neuter him or get him vaccinated. He arrived at the shelter with his collar imbedded in his neck, and his owners had excuse after excuse. Toby is a great dog, but as with most Jack Russell Terriers, he decides who he likes. He loves to dance in circles and he loves his walks. He loves a nice warm bed and dog biscuits. He really enjoys companionship and needs an owner who will commit to him - then Toby will be your best friend. Recently Toby has a wonderful volunteer who comes every single morning to walk him. Toby has spunk, and tons of personality. He looks foward to time with the people he loves - maybe that's you!
