Pit Bull Terrier - Xavier - Large - Young - Male - Dog
Xavier is a 2 1/2 year old Pit Bull Mix who came into our shelter as a stray. When he's outside and able to enjoy the weather, he becomes much more docile. He needs an experienced owner who will spend time with him and maybe take him to a few training classes. He really likes people, however for the time being until he is in a home and has acclimated to his new environment, he should be an "only" pet for now. Here Xavier is modeling one of the new coats a wonderful local resident donated to the dogs. Personally, I can't believe he's still at the shelter. He loves to play, loves his nap time, loves the outdoors and LOVES to play and fetch toys, balls, etc.... Truly a great dog!
